HeadingEmu Park Lions & Triple M (CQ) proudly present
a COVID safe Festival of the Wind

STAY HOME IF UNWELL
Please do not attend with COVID-19 symptoms & stay at home if unwell (cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath).

CONTACT TRACING

It is recommended by Queensland Health that the Commonwealth Govt COVID-19 Covidsafe app be downloaded and activated prior to attending.

Upon entry you will be required to sign in via a QR code registration including COVID screening questions listed below :-

–          I have not in the last 14 days travelled from overseas or a COVID-19 hotspot.
–          I have not been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19.
–          I am not an active COVID-19 case.
–          I am not currently, nor have recently, experienced the symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, or shortness of breath.

Entry will be refused if you cannot answer yes to any of the above screening questions.

QR codes will be displayed in the line-up to entries so that patrons can begin scanning as they approach to avoid long queues at entry; and then show the gate attendants the sign-in screen prior to entering.

Assisted sign in on our device or manual sign-in will be available if you are unable to sign in using the QR code or the short code.

ORGANIZERS RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
We have the right to refuse entry and must insist that anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms leaves the venue.

COVID SAFE MEASURES
We have facilitated all measures to allow social distancing throughout the event site and event personnel will be monitoring social distancing throughout the day; however, it is also your responsibility as an individual to maintain 1.5m social distancing at the entry/exit and throughout the event site.
We will provide sanitising stations throughout the event site so to keep good hygiene we encourage its use.
Signage will be displayed throughout the venue highlighting COVID safe practices.

FIRST AID
If you become unwell during the event, seek assistance from event personnel who will contact first aid officers on site.
