Photo Gallery

The photo gallery is available to anybody for the purpose of displaying pictures taken at Festival of the Wind. Please do not post other content on this site.

Public Albums

Obviously this material is available to the public to view and copy. By uploading content, you assert that you own the right to do so and simultaneously grant other the right to view your material and to reproduce the material provided they credit you as the owner. Your use of the site indicates your agreement to these terms of use.

Becoming a Member

If you would like to upload some of your own photos of this event, you may register to do so. There will be a delay after you register untill your application is reviewed and approved. Registered members will be allowed to upload 2MB of photos to the site. Each photo should be not larger than 1024 pixels with a filesize of less than 200KB. Please note that if you attempt to upload larger files they will not be saved on the server.

Advanced Member

If you feel you can contribute positively to the site and would like extra space to do so please contact the web master for consideration to become an advanced member. As an Advanced member you will be allowed 5MB of space on the system.

VIP Members

VIP membership is only allocated to those persons who have demonstrated that they are able to put winning photos on show. A VIP account includes up to 30MB of disk space.

Acceptable Content Policy

While the site administrators are unable to view every photo placed on the site, if any content is inappropriate it will be removed. The user will be banned and not allowed to participate further. All IP addresses are logged for all visitors. In the event of illegal content this information will be forwarded to law enforcement.

Security

Spamming or attempting circimvent site restraints will not be tolerated. Your information will be logged and dealt with accordingly. Persons attempting to embed links or text information for the purposes of promoting web sites of any kind will be removed without notice.

Availability

The site owners do not make any guarantees of availability of this site feature. The gallery software is provided under the GNU licensing platform and is not guaranteed by us. Should a problem arise that renders this portion of the site inoperative we make no promise as to when it will be restored. In the event that security is compromised the gallery may become unavailable until the developers release a patch to restore reliable operation.
