2018 – OUR BIGGEST FESTIVAL – Thanks to everyone who made it a great success!
The weather leading up to the big day was not looking good. There were some very worried organizers who were very nervous. Imagine their relief when the day turned out so well. It was a huge job and as I write this there are still many Lions club members and volunteers packing everything away.
Tomorrow the rest of the gear will be stacked away and a huge sigh of relief till work gets underway for Oktoberfest 2018.
Now doubt there will be many photos of the day but here are a couple from our tireless market coordinator Lyn, featuring the stilt walkers. If you have a photo you think we should feature either from the markets or the festival itself, please send ti to one of the Lions members.
