Another great day. Despite the threat of rain, a crowd of around 5,000  had a wonderful day.  The festival goes from strength to strength.

Rokkaku Winner

The Rokkaku Fighting Kite trophy was won by the Lang Family of Emu Park.  Congratulations to Dr’s Bill and Sharonn Lang, long time supporters of Festival of the Wind.

Festival of the Wind 2013 Raffle Prize Winners

1^st Prize; Won By Emma Rose of Emu Park;  One nights accommodation in a Turtle Room at Heron Island Resort including all meals and return launch transfers for two adults.

2nd Prize Won by David Pilditch;   One nights accommodation at Mercure Capricorn Resort Yeppoon for two persons staying in a Superior Room including breakfast.

3^rd Prize. Won by Vicky Wood Of Frenchville;  Keppel Bay day cruise for two people on the sailing vessel Grace provided by Sail Capricornia.
